岗位职责：

1、根据大区目标，制定终端门店销售计划、协助团队完成目标；

2、制定零售方案及操作标准，负责市场活动制定，并负责零售方案落地；

3、负责大区各门店人员薪资、绩效考核、奖惩激励等的汇总及统计整理，协助总部日常工作对接；

4、根据门店营运情况提出改善方案并执行；

5、制定新店营销方案，以确保新店目标完成；

6、通过各种方式不断提升终端人员专业技能及业务能力。

任职要求：

1、3年及以上服装行业零售管理工作经验，熟练使用Office办公软件；

2、熟悉终端运营，能够独立进行诊断并能够有力进行终端改进；

3、工作积极主动，目标感强，有责任心沟通能力强。
