岗位职责

1、 为客户提供快速、准确与专业的查询及销售服务；

2、 主要以电话形式向下列客户群推广欧洲专业法政标准化验品；

客户范畴：政府部门 / 司法机构 / 省市级公安刑事技术 / 医科大学 - 法医病理科 / 生物试剂 / 药厂等等；

因应客户需要，有机会使用微信、QQ或其他网络平台进行沟通；

3、 搜集目标客户联络资料（如联络人、邮箱 及 电话等）；

4、 完成公司部门主管分配的相应工作，并积极主动的跟进工作。

任职资格

1、大专以上学历；

2、有中型公司呼叫中心客服人员工作经验者优先；

3、具备较好的人际沟通及协调能力，责任心强，服务意识强；

4、英语能力CET-4 或CET-6以上优先（可作为主管）

5、普通话标准，声音甜美。

Position: Call Centre Customer Service Representative

Responsibility

1. Provide timely, accurate and professional sales and customer services

2. Promote imported European standard forensic chemical through telemarketing to the following entities, including but not limited to Government Departments, Judiciary, Province of Criminal Technology, Medical University – Forensic Pathology, Biological Reagents and Pharmaceutical etc.

WeChat, QQ and other web communicate tools may be used according to the needs of customers.

3. Search for potential customers with contact details such as email, telephone number and contact person.

4. Complete assigned tasks and follow up daily duties proactively.

Qualification

1. College or above

2. Work experience at call-center in small and medium enterprises is preferred

3. Good communication and coordination skills, responsible and strong service consciousness.

4. English ability of CET-4 or CET-6 is preferred（can be considered as supervisor）

5. Fluent in Mandarin with sweet voice
