Main responsibilities  

1 Develop a policy to optimize materials flow.                                                  

2 Maintain optimum stock levels (stock indicators, management of FIFO and quantities, safety and protection).

3 Manage raw material and component part deliveries from production plants.

4 Guarantee client deliveries (RDI indicator) and launch invoicing instructions.                          

5 Participate in contract negotiations with large carriers.

6 Support purchasing manager to complete the supply chain in regards to transportation arrangement, Customs declaration, and tax refund document preparation etc

7 Cooperate with Sales team to ensure on time supply to the customer, organize the transportation, taking care of Customs issues for import/export.

8 Support purchasing manager and the Sales team to collect and study the information regarding the cost of various means of transportation so that to achieve total cost control.

Education, professional background, required skills

1 Engineer or Bac + 2 with experience   

2 Use of English and computer skills

3 Knowledge of product and production tool  

4 Team leader / Communication / Negotiation / Availability
