岗位职责:
1. Manage and Develop the engineering team, includes mechanical and fluid design
管理并发展机械工程团队，包括机械和流体设计
2. Lead mechanical team to fulfill project requirement on timing, budget and scope
带领机械团队提供满足项目对进度、预算和供货范围等要求
3. Allocate resource to work on project according to department job load and BU forecasting
根据部门的工作负荷以及业务发展预期合理分配服务项目的资源
4. Lead the activity of design standardization, department internal design process optimization and improve mechanical design efficiency, lower the design cost
负责设计标准化相关工作，优化内部流程，改善机械设计效率，降低成本
5. Develop core-technology of assembly systems and test solution
开发装配系统和测试解决方案的核心技术
6. Build and Maintain supplier capacity for engineering outsourcing
培养并维护胜任工程设计外包工作的供应商
7. Technically support Proposal & Sales teams
支持销售和方案工作 任职资格:
1. 8年及以上的动力总成/电池装配及测试系统集成行业机械设计经验；8 years working experiences in powertrain & battery assembly & test mechanical desgin of systems integration business;
2. 5年及以上的技术管理/项目技术主管经验; 5 years or above working experiences in technical management or project team leader role;
3. Knowledge on process of powertrain & battery assembly and test; 熟悉动力总成/电池装配工艺以及测试工艺;
4. 熟悉Solid Works, UG, Auto CAD等计算机辅助设计和分析软件. Familiar with Solid Works, UG, AutoCAD etc. CAD/CAE system.
