Your mission and responsibilities:

Has good understanding of Siemens Healthineer business environment and market as well as China strategy. Has ability to translate business strategy into corporate internal communications strategy

The internal communications manager is to build new communication processes and dirves communicaitons at all levels within organization, partnering with excutives, business areas, and other functions

Support head of communication to develop overall internal communication strategy, create clear and compelling content and stories aligned with corporate strategy and message

Devlop creative communication plans and campaigns to increase employee engagement and ensure company messages can be clearly understood by all employee

Develop, write and edit communications for excutives, including president messages, news letter, company info, presentations, videos, as well as other internal material

Maintain internal communication channels such as intranet, townhall meeting, internal social media, news channel etc.

Provide communication support to other corporate events

Your qualifications and experiences:

1. 6-8 working experience in multinational companies

2. Bachelor or master Degree. Major in journalism

3. Strategic thinking, very good writing skill

4. Bachlor or master degree, major in communication or journalism

5. Bachelor degree or above
