Role & responsibilities:

• Responsible for operational series data collection\summary\analysis, and provide the basic support for management decisions

• Assist in the setup of operation annual KPIs and monitor the performance.

• Setup labor module and trace labor efficiency improvement.

• Build Best Practice mechanism and take lead related activities in CN region

• As a window to global OpEx and collaboration to promote CN IMS (Inalfa Manufacturing System).

• Through organize CN region’s production line improvement activities support operational Kaizen workshop.

• Support on plant continuous improvement.

• Other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor.

Management style & key competencies required:

• Strong communication, coordination and presentation skills

• Deep knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methods and how to implement them

• Strategic thinking to align with group OpEx strategies

• Be self-motivated and able to coordinate
  multiple programs concurrently.

Experience & skills required:

• Bachelor or above degree, Major in IE or in relevant field.

• Minimum 5-year Lean Manufacturing experience.

• Good office software skills especially excel
  is prefer

Language skills required:

Fluent in both mandarin and English
