Job Description:

As CAD Engineer at Micron Shanghai DRAM design group, you will be working collaboratively with a group of highlyinnovative and motivated design and layout engineers, developing,enhancing and debugging both in-house and commercial Electronic DesignAutomation (EDA) tools and flows for the physical layout and design of CMOSintegrated circuits.

 

Responsibilities and Tasks

Develop and support Tools and Flows used inCircuit Design and Analysis, Layout Design and Verification.

• Understand requirements from Design;

• Validate work based on defined requirements;

• Develop CAD flow and utilities that meet design and layout teams’requests;

• Provide documentation;

• Track and solve issues;

• Understand (Electronic Design Automation) EDA industry productofferings and trends, and opportunities for gaining performance and efficiency

Qualification:

• Excellentprogramming fundamentals

• Experiencewith Unix and shell scripting

• Familiaritywith Python, Perl

• Basicunderstanding of CMOS circuit design

• Mustpossess good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

• Englishlanguage skill in writing and speaking is a must

 

Education

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering andComputer Science are desired
