• Maintain existing customers and develop new customers through appropriate propositions and methods, to optimize quality of business growth, and customer satisfaction.

   

• Customer daily management, keep customers informed on new products or services, pricing, changes, with the aim to increase sales volumes, market share and profits of DANA products.

   

• Provide input into the development of annual budget and sales forecasts.

   

• Prepare reports on market trends, consumer habits and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.

   

• Conduct sales training on products and selling techniques for OEM, coordinate with Channel/Fleet sales force to ensure the successful of pull through business.

   

• Support PSS team to follow customer service and parts sales.

   

• Support in sales forecast and sales budget.

   

• Other assignments related as requested by management.
