Finance Manager RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Manage all financial and tax matters for branch, ensuring accurate and timely submission for local regulatory financial reporting.

·        Ensure an effective and compliant environment in the branch and maintain satisfactory result for external and internal audits and local regulatory review.

·        Ensure all the regulated ratios are well controlled and compliant.

·        Effectively manage local financial performance by providing management accounting information, product lines performance, data analysis and forecasts.

·        Constantly review work flow/processing procedures and work with other branches to initiate necessary changes to improve quality.

·        Provide financial advisory service to internal clients.

·        Manage the self-assessment process and spot issues for action if any.

·        Establish open communication and working relationship both internal and external for work efficiency and smoothness.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

？  Personal Attributes/Interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure independently;
• Good team player with positive working attitude;
• Good communication / interpersonal skills and language fluency in both English and Mandarin.

 

 

？  Technical/Specialist skills/competencies

(Job-related knowledge, policies, procedures, techniques etc.)

 

§  Bachelor degree or above in Accounting/Finance and relevant professional qualifications;

§  Minimum 6 years of relative experience in auditing and/or accounting, sound financial knowledge as well as China accounting standards and tax regulations;

§  Proactive, able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines;

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
