职位描述

岗位职责:

1. 负责承担公司改革过程中工作流程优化和自动化。
2. 找出流程中的潜在瓶颈,分析,且做出决策用以简化流程。
3. 为系统与流程改进提供解决方案。
岗位要求 :

1. 5年以上流程优化岗位、项目管理岗位经验者优先。
2. 思维逻辑清晰,出色的中英文语言,文字表达能力,能够与部门保持良好的沟通,有独立分析,解决问题的能力。

Job Purpose 
? Act as the bridge between the RPA/BA team and the stakeholders.
? Good language and communication skills are needed given there is a great deal of communication with cross-border stakeholders.
? Act as a control point for RPA development team governance.
? And have an overall responsibility to ensure time delivery and control of RPA.

The Role Responsibilities
? Working with GBS China LEAN and Operations Team to plan the automation of the Lean program
? Responsible for taking decisions on potential bottlenecks in processes to streamline them
? Recommends major changes in processes and systems

Our Ideal Candidate
? Exposure to Lean Management preferred
? Post Graduate (Engineers and MBAs preferred)
? Should have overall 8 years+ of experience in Robotics
? Coaching, mentoring & training experience
? Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, influencing and change management skills
? Successful co-ordination and facilitation of delivery of project outcomes from various stakeholders
? Proven track record of delivering measurable and sustainable benefits from large process improvement programs
? Track record of building positive working relationships with people who work in a fast paced work environment
? Excellent communication in written and spoken Chinese and English
? Flexible, adaptable and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
