1. 负责承担公司改革过程中工作流程优化和自动化。
2. 找出流程中的潜在瓶颈，分析，且做出决策用以简化流程。
3. 为系统与流程改进提供解决方案。
岗位要求 ：

1. 5年以上流程优化岗位、项目管理岗位经验者优先。
2. 思维逻辑清晰，出色的中英文语言，文字表达能力，能够与部门保持良好的沟通，有独立分析，解决问题的能力。

Job Purpose 
? Act as the bridge between the RPA/BA team and the stakeholders.
? Good language and communication skills are needed given there is a great deal of communication with cross-border stakeholders.
? Act as a control point for RPA development team governance.
? And have an overall responsibility to ensure time delivery and control of RPA.

The Role Responsibilities
? Working with GBS China LEAN and Operations Team to plan the automation of the Lean program
? Responsible for taking decisions on potential bottlenecks in processes to streamline them
? Recommends major changes in processes and systems

Our Ideal Candidate
? Exposure to Lean Management preferred
? Post Graduate (Engineers and MBAs preferred)
? Should have overall 8 years+ of experience in Robotics
? Coaching, mentoring & training experience
? Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, influencing and change management skills
? Successful co-ordination and facilitation of delivery of project outcomes from various stakeholders
? Proven track record of delivering measurable and sustainable benefits from large process improvement programs
? Track record of building positive working relationships with people who work in a fast paced work environment
? Excellent communication in written and spoken Chinese and English
? Flexible, adaptable and able to perform in a fast-paced environment

Financial Markets Solutions Delivery (FMSD) is a global unit that builds, implements and supports IT solutions to enable the Financial Markets business of Standard Chartered Bank. The Financial Markets business, part of the Wholesale Bank, delivers a broad range of high-value-added financial market products to corporate, institutional and investor clients around the world, with a particular emphasis on our key footprint across Asia, Africa and the Middle East, supported by trading rooms in the world's financial centres.

The FMSD team of over 600 people is based across Singapore, London, Chennai, Dubai, New York and Hong Kong. From 2010, we are developing an FMSD team in Tianjin, China. It is a strategic move to build FMSD capability in Tianjin within next 5 years with below vision:
