职位描述

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with head office to develop sales strategies for key accounts like EarWay, Costco, Amplifon, Sam’s club
  • Engage in the commercial negotiations with key accounts, manage cost of sales and develop commercial efficiencies through effective pricing, commission and distribution negotiations
  • Develop and communicate an annual sales plan with each key account that demonstrates sales KPIs, marketing campaigns and market knowledge
  • Discuss and implement approved tactical sales activity to align accounts to budget expectations
  • Act as a conduit between the marketing function and the key clients ensuring all product and attraction information is delivered in an appropriate and timely way
  • Collaborate with China sales team to ensure the agreed contract terms are followed and implemented within GN organization.
  • Monitor and evaluate weekly, monthly and annually of the sales revenue from the key accounts
  • Support & Implement Commercial Excellent program (Accelerate Partnership Program)
  • Preparation of a plan for local implementation of the Accelerate Program
  • Setup and continuous development of the local Accelerate Service Catalogue, defined as services and solutions supporting revenue growth and profitability of an independent retailer’s business, which are not directly product related
  • Identification and agreements with third party service providers for Accelerate related services (e.g. local supplier of office management system, call center services, recruitment service for audiologists) 
  • Deliver Accelerate business consultancy services towards accounts such as facilitate business review workshops, support the account in preparing business plan and budget, prepare account specific proposals for Accelerate services, coach and support accounts in implementing, tracking and following up on agreed Accelerate related initiatives
  • Train and support local sales and marketing resources in Accelerate tools, methodologies and solutions
  • Head deployment of global Accelerate methodologies, tools and solutions
  • Support local Marketing with a) localization of global marketing solutions and b) development of local marketing solutions related to Accelerate services
  • Owner of locally available value selling solutions other than marketing and product related
  • Contribute to the development of global Accelerate solutions

Personal Requirements:

  • Mandarin and Business English to fluent standardfluently on speaking and writing
  • A strong commercial accumen and in depth ability to report with accuracy in business english
  • Strong interpersonal skills and being able to adapt style to different environments
  • Be an excellent negotiator, communicator and influencer
  • Passionate and driven individual, who can demonstrate their enthusiasm for sales
  • Proven ability to consistently manage and develop sales growth at a minimum of key account level to an agreed budget
  • Have minimum 5+ years sales experience in commercial sales of a mutli-national business
  • Proficient use of Excel to create and update reports and work with large data sets to draw insight from
  • Budgeting and financial management experience
