1) Adapt statistical methods in order to solve specific problems in many aspects within the pharmaceutical fields, such as bio-equivalence engineering.
2) Analyze and interpret statistical data in order to identify significant differences in relationships among sources of information.
3) Apply sampling techniques or utilize complete enumeration bases in order to determine and define groups to be surveyed.
4) Design research projects that apply valid scientific techniques and utilize information obtained from baselines or historical data in order to structure uncompromised and efficient analyses.
5) Develop and test experimental designs, sampling techniques, and analytical methods.
6) Evaluate sources of information in order to determine any limitations in terms of reliability or usability.
7) Evaluate the statistical methods and procedures used to obtain data in order to ensure validity, applicability, efficiency, and accuracy.
8) Examine theories, such as those of probability and inference in order to discover mathematical bases for new or improved methods of obtaining and evaluating numerical data.
9) Identify relationships and trends in data, as well as any factors that could affect the results of research
10) Plan data collection methods for specific projects, and determine the types and sizes of sample groups to be used.
11) Process large amounts of data for statistical modeling and graphic analysis and trending.
12) Report results of statistical analyses, including information in the form of graphs, charts, and tables.
13) Develop an understanding of fields to which statistical methods are to be applied in order to determine whether methods and results are appropriate.
14) Prepare data for processing by organizing information, checking for any inaccuracies, and adjusting and weighting the raw data.
15) Supervise and provide instructions for workers collecting and tabulating data.
16) English Language -- Ideally the candidate should read English and have a spoken level which they are willing to improve. Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

任职要求：1) Expert use of Excel, Minitab, “R” Design Expert” and other software packages
2) Ability to report in Word and PowerPoint
3) Ability to learn, interpret and apply specific Regulatory guidance. (For example US FDA Guidance for Industry Bioavailability and Bioequivalence Studies for Nasal Aerosols and Nasal Sprays for Local Action April 2003, or Draft Guidance on Budesonide Sept 2012.
