Key Responsibilities
关键职责

Performing, monitoring and reviewing planning and scheduling/cost engineering functions which include schedule development, schedule control, schedule analysis, cost estimating, cost control and cost analysis.
执行， 监控和审核计划/进度/工程成本， 包括计划制定， 进度控制，进度分析， 成本估算， 和成本分析。
Handling cost estimate, tendering, tender analysis, contract management, procurement, variation assessment, cost control, dispute and claim settlement etc.
负责成本估算， 招投标， 标书分析， 合同管理， 采购， 变量评估， 成本控制，及争议的解决等。

Qualifications
任职资格

Bachelor or above degree.
本科或以上学历。
Minimum 10 years related working experience.
10年以上相关工作经验。
Knowledge of engineering and construction management and business management customarily acquired by prolonged course of specialized instruction.
具有工程专业知识、施工管理及经营管理方面的相关知识。
Proficiency in financial reporting systems and Controller operations which impact Project Controls.
熟练操作财务报告系统和项目控制系统。
Proficiency with multiple discipline specific software applications currently used.
熟练运用多种规范的专业软件。
Competent in both written and spoken English;
英语听说读写流利
Pulp and paper industry working experience preferred.
有制浆造纸行业经验者优先。
Excellent communication and coordination skill;
有出色的沟通及协调能力；
Willing to work on site out of Shanghai and frequent travelling

    INDUSTRY

    Industrialisation has been a main creator of wealth and lifestyle improvement. It will continue to be a major area of growth, but it will need to adapt to new sustainability requirements. The Forest Industry business group was renamed as Industry business group. The business group will maintain its strong core in the forest industry and wants to maintain its global market leadership in the pulp and paper sector. In addition, it will accelerate its expansion into other areas of industrial processes and facilities such as chemicals.

    URBAN & MOBILITY

    As the world is more and more urbanised, the challenge is to ensure that the world is sustainable by providing efficient transportation and green buildings. To meet this converging market, Transportation and Construction Services were merged into a new business group Urban & Mobility. With this integration, Poyry aims to strengthen its ability to respond to the increasing need for solutions driven by population growth and urbanisation, in areas such as urban development, real estate development, transport planning, rail and road infrastructure, construction management and building design using the global platforms of this business group.

    WATER & ENVIRONMENT

    Water is one of the most critical issues facing the world and one that directly impacts health, food and livelihood. Here, too, the world faces huge challenges. The Water & Environment business group will spearhead Poyry's vision to become a leading service provider for the entire water cycle and to mitigate environmental degradation.

    MANAGEMENT CONSULTING

    The Management Consulting business group was formed by merging the management consulting businesses in the Forest Industry and Energy business groups. They currently employ around 450 management consultants in total. The target is to double the size of the business in about five years and to expand management consulting services into areas that have synergies with the rest of the Poyry group. The business group has a strong link to our engineering as part of the total offering.
