Position :- Marketing Head / Business development Manager

Larsen & Toubro (Qingdao) Rubber Machinery Company Limited( LTQ) located in Jiaonan, Qingdao, Shandong with excellent Manufacturing facilities for the purpose of manufacturing Rubber Machinery. The customers include top Global Tyre Manufacturers in South America, Thailand , Vietnam & many International and Domestic Tyre companies in China .
To further bolster the market share in China, LTQ is looking for the position of Marketing Manager in China. Selected Candidate will be sent to India for Job familiarisation at LTM- Chennai
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position: Business Development Manager/ Marketing Head.
Function/Units: New Business development.
Location: Jiaonan, Qingdao, Shandong, Province
Report to: Chief Executive.
MAIN TASKS:
Gathering marketing information, Support Demand Generation, Field Communication, Market Awareness, Collect information about Competitors & Develop Marketing Strategy, Identify the areas for new Product Introduction. Working closely with local tyre company and marketing counterparts . He will conceive, plan, execute marketing budget, and create a positive impact on business for attaining leadership and increased market share.
- Establish business relationship with International Tyre companies in China
- Plan and execute promotional activities for effective launching of LTQ brand and its products.
- Contribution to product positioning and pricing, sales and channels communication
- Develop network with the professionals in tyre machinery
- Proactively establishes and maintains effective team relationship.
- Other jobs as advised by Chief Executive
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelor degree or above in Business Management / Marketing
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of marketing experience with a Tyre Machinery Manufacturer/ Heavy Engineering Industry
- Over 5 years of department management experience
- Professional person with knowledge in Tyre Manufacturing
- Good written and oral communications skills in Chinese and English
