1. Accountable for the overall strategy & design of customer engagement

2. Responsible to map, maintain & optimize customer journey, analyze the experience gap and initiate to optimize customer experience with cross-functional efforts. To innovate in the new customer experience design for the end-to-end customer journey to stay ahead of the competitions.

3. Oversee the customer offering, and seamlessly work with corresponding partners, such as marketing, product development, distribution channels, operations, to align with the offering management principle, ensure the customer value proposition are best & balanced addressed, more importantly, laying stress on MetLife differentiation.

4. Work as the subject matter of expert, guiding the organization in delivering remarkable customer experience.

5. Co-work with internal functions to design & implement cultural programs to cultivate & build-up customer-first mindset.

6. Drive and accelerate to transform MetLife China into a customer-centric company.

任职要求：

1. Bachelor or above, familiar with the market trend & best practices of customer experience, and customer experience management methodology, familiar with Customer Journey Mapping tool

2. 12+ solid experience including 5+ year experience in customer engagement & loyalty management in a B2C market, experience in famous consulting firm is a plus

3. Strong strategic & business planning capability and experience, strong communication & influencing skills, strong data analytics skill

4. Exceptional business acumen, fast-learning capability

5. Results oriented, customer focused and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

6. Strong creative and innovative capability

7. Process re-engineering skill, good understanding of 6-Sigma

原联泰大都会人寿保险有限公司于2005年8月10日在上海正式成立，公司注册资本5亿元人民币（08年追加到7亿元人民币），由上海联和投资有限公司和美国大都会集团下属公司各持50%股份组建而成。
上海联和投资和美国大都会人寿同时是总部在上海的联泰大都会人寿的股东，这样中美大都会人寿与联泰大都会人寿两家公司正式合并。合并后新公司的名称为“中美联泰大都会人寿保险有限公司”，简称“大都会人寿”。
