主要工作职责：

确保经销商运营在区域经销商零售运营部的指导下顺利进行，不断地帮助客户建立并提高零售能力, 从而使所覆盖的经销商店铺终端零售表现不断提高。

协助区域经销商运营高级经理进行客户激励计划及季度店铺销售指标的确立

带领零售运营团队一起推动店铺终端零售表现，通过直接了解或者客户方来达成这一目的，主要方式有：市场巡视，数据报告分析，场内外问题的解决，与店长，店员，客户零售运营团队的沟通，为客户和自身团队组织相应培训。

收集神秘访客报告并在此基础上管理店铺表现

负责区域零售运营会议的组织，与销售团队共同合作经销商运营项目，并定期参与及分享总部的零售运营大会。

管理并指导区域零售运营团队。

和其他部门保持良好的跨部门合作，包括区域经销商运营部，销售部等等。

经验技能要求：

本科以上学历，5年以上零售营运管理经验, 具备良好的零售运营知识及丰富实践经验，至少3年以上管理团队经验

良好的关系及多样化管理，人际及沟通能力，影响及谈判能力。

良好的数据分析，计划与组织能力

结果导向，高效的执行力及自我管理，实干，积极主动，诚实正直

良好的团队管理能力

电脑操作熟练，英文流利

adidas Sports (China) is adidas’ fully-owned subsidiary, of which the trade headquarters is in Shanghai. Moreover, there is a manufacturing plant in Su Zhou, and two facilities in Beijing,Guangzhou and Chengdu. Now, the operation in China has a presence in 27 provinces.
