1、接听电话，按要求转接电话或记录信息，确保及时准确

2、对来访客人做好接待、登记、引导工作，及时通知被访人员

3、负责公司快递、信件、包裹的收发工作

4、协助部门举办公司活动，如：年会等

5、负责公司行政票务订购与安排

6、对公司设备、使用、维修等情况进行管理。负责每月定期对库存用品进行盘点，并根据日常使用量及时补充，确保公司日常用品使用正常

7、协助行政经理完成公司行政事务工作及部门内部日常事务工作，为其他部门提供及时有效的行政服务

8、考勤系统管理、考勤统计、通讯录制作及更新

9、协助面试通知、接待，公司集体活动组织与安排

10、完成上级交给的其它人事行政事务性工作

任职资格：

1、行政管理或相关专业大专以上学历

2、一年以上相关工作经验

3、工作细致、认真、有责任心

4、形象气质佳
