职位描述
HR Manager人力资源经理
Job Responsibilities
1. Formulate and implement HR planning based on company's strategic objectives and budgets.
2. Co-ordinate and control Human Resources matters and provision of high quality advice to management team and all other employees as necessary within the principal duties and responsibilities of HR & Administration work.
3. Work out, update and execute all-aspect HR management policies
4. Prepare and execute competitive C&B policies and daily operation.
5. Plan and carry out recruitment activities for internal team, incl. candidate attraction, candidate search, candidate selection, and Dept. Managers
6. Coordinate and complete monthly pay-roll duties in line with regulations and company needs
7. Implement and maintain a systematic and up-to-date human resource information system, incl. staff attendance recording, staff leave, salary calculation, social insurance packages, etc.
8. Assure professional personnel development services by analyzing & planning of qualification needs as well as organizing respective training
9. Acquire updated national or local labor regulations, maintain positive and constructive relationships with local labor authorities; coordinate relationship among staff, foster internal communication & promote a positive company culture.
10. Cooperate with all branch’s HR and Admin contacting window
Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree in Human Resource related.
2. Minimum of 5 years working experiences in HR
3. Profound knowledge of national & local labor regulations / payroll system / personnel
4. Development / recruiting, solid PC skills, e.g. MS Office
Experience working in an international business environment; minimum of two years’
5. Experience leading team members; Automotive Industry background a plus
6. Structured and straight forward working style in compliance to procedures and processes
7. Good communication skills to all levels in English and Chinese; both in written and spoken
8. Active, positive and sense of responsibility.
