职位描述
Job Description,
1、Dealing with customer queries or issues such as place new orders,shipment arrangement and complaint tracking,
2、Obtain Sales Forecast accuracy management(demand management)，Including order leveling and forecast accuracy, management,
3、Communication with production planner and purchasing team to deliver goods on time,
4、Analyzing the inventory levels accordingly to maintain desired customer services levels,
5、Transporation and import/Export management to meet customer request,
6、Monthly key performance indicators reporting,
7、Make sure all SOP are being well executed in the team,
8、Other assigned the job by the leader,
Requirement
1、The ability to ensure product availability trough inventory administration activities such as demand planning,stock optimization,and monitoring the age of the product,Inventory levels are set to meet the customer service requirement with a minimum amount of inventory,
2、The use of qualitative and quantitative methods to predict short-term incoming(SIOP)process,the competency includes the use of analytical techniques and software to generate baseline statistical forecasts,
3、The knowledge of forecasting, demand planning,scheduling ,and inventory velocity of materials required in the manufacturing and distribution process
4、Possesses Effective Communication skills,
5、Demonstrates a Collaborative Style,
6、Drives for results,
7、Make Decisions/Solves Problems,
8、Good written and oral English communications Skill,
