• Ensure that the Environmental, Health & Safety management system is maintained according the Environmental, Health & Safety strategy, local laws / regulations and customer requirements.

• Maintenance and preparations for certification acc. ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001.

• Maintenance and further improvement of Environmental, Health & safety management system.

• Reporting to the EHS Manager / supervisor for Environmental and HS control issues.

• Organisation of workflows, documentations and records related to EMS and H&S; Data collection and preparation of regular internal and external reports and applications.

• Supervision of implementation and fulfilment of environmental, safety rules and regulations.

• Organisation, execution and evaluation of EMS, H&S related inspections and audits.

• Continuous analysis of defaults/deviations and initialization of preventive or corrective actions and improvements related to environmental, health & safety hazards.

• Consultancy to departments for EMS, H&S-related items.

• Preparation and execution of EMS, H&S training programs for employees.

• Provision of alternatives in operation and supervision; preparations for environmental, health & safety targets / program.

• Arrangement and supervision waste recycling and disposal.

• Maintain authority contacts for environmental, fire fighting, work safety and hygienic issues and/ to environmental, H&S related associations.

• Internal and external Self-qualification by literature studying, visits of Environmental, H&S fairs, congresses.

• Other Job assignment from superior.

• Majored in “environmental protection”, “safety”, “chemistry” or related

• Fluent written and oral English

• Min. 3 years’ experience in similar companies or governmental dept.

• Knowledge about local laws and regulation for Environmental Protection, health & safety

• Computer skills (MS office)
