Primary Responsibilities:

· Managing the overall results of assigned product line or business portfolio, including product road maps, product life cycle management, product P&L including revenue/pricing/profit etc.,

· Understanding overall market / customer needs, and developing needs-based segmentation

· Participating and assisting in strategic planning, identifying new growth opportunity and driving growth for targeted segments;

· Providing customer/sales support on new and existing products

· Develop product promotion and commercialization plans

· Guide/support sales with value based product/application knowledge/sales tools such as product training materials, TCO and fight sheet, etc.

· Providing product training to internal/external sales/customers

· Work with global and local team, take lead on new product commercialization for local market

· Conducting VOC activities for new and renewed product projects, create and implement consistent processes to discover, gather, aggregate and prioritize the values of specific customer needs.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Preferred B.S. in a Technical field, particularly in Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering , MBA preferred but not required

· Minimum of 7 years Marketing/Product Management experience expected; Preferred experience working for a large multi-national company

· Skills required

o Strong economic and logic thinking to capture and develop value proposition;

o Ability to multi-task & strong project management skills;

o Ability to influence and drive consensus within cross function team –including Sales, R&D, Procurement, Production, Logistic and Legal;

o Solid computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office;

o Fluent language skills (both written and verbal) in Mandarin and English;

· Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
