职位要求 Job Requirement：

1.College degree or above，majored in IT Software or related

   大专或以上学历，IT软件相关专业

2.At least  2 years like service engineer for company that install machine

   两年以上机械设备安装工程师经验

3. Willing to travel at list 80% of year in China /and Asian Country;

    适应80%的时间出差，全国及亚洲国家；

4. Good in communication skill;

    沟通能力强；

5. Be able to write in machine language can be a plus (SQL);

    能写简单的机器语言尤其SQL者优先；

6. Basic Experience with SAP /U8/MRP /ERP/BAM or other company management software can be a plus.

    有基本的SAP/U8/MRP/ERP/BAM或其他公司管理软件使用经验优先

7.Electrical experience and basic mechanical skill will be a plus, software experience for logistic or mechanical application

   有电气相关经验及基础的机械技能，物流或机械应用软件经验优先

工作职责 Job Responsibility:

1. Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches

   在现场考察和调度中提供服务和客户支持

2. Manage all on site WMS installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks

   管理所有现场WMS(仓储管理系统)安装，维修，维护和测试任务

3. Provide training to customers’ staff

   培训客户的员工

4. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions

   诊断错误或技术问题，并确定适当的解决方案

5. Produce timely and detailed service reports

   撰写及时，详尽的服务报告

6. Document processes

   记录安装过程

7. Build positive relationships with customers and with Company staff

   建立与客户和公司全体员工的良好关系

Modula is the name of the Italian company that designs and manufactures automatic vertical warehouses suitable for any industrial sector or environment. Modula is also the name of the warehouses we make which are used to store various types of product, from small electronic components or pharmaceuticals to heavy and bulky objects like moulds or engine/car parts.
These vertical warehouses are designed to reduce occupied floor space by 90%, increase productivity, speed up picking throughput and improve warehouse efficiency by reducing risks to both people and goods.
The first Modula was produced in 1987, and since then our company has been synonymous with innovation and "Made in Italy".
Modula is part of the System group founded in 1970 by Franco Stefani, the source of many innovations in the field of mechanical and ceramics technology.
