RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Master data maintenance including vendor, customer, COA, bank account and exchange rate etc;

2. Recurring Journals and GAAP entry for FA;

3. Prepayment amortization, payroll and accrual entry;

4. Inter-company reconciliation coordination;

5. FA depreciation entry and CIP capitalization review by month end; Maintain FA register and run depreciation report and post; Hyperion FA Statistical;

6. Work closely with plant finance and provide support to plant controller on financial analysis;

7. Assist FSS manager on leading Share Service Organization running smoothly and coordinate all different functions routine work in FSS;

8. Perform month end close and prepare TB cross reference check and promptly raise up all outstandings to ensure all China sites adhere to U.S. GAAP and corporate policy;

9. Recommend and develop processes to enhance the efficiency of the close process.

10. Prepare cash forecast including 13 weekly cash forecast/weekly cash position/6M cash forecast;

11. Rush payment application and bank transfer;

12. BS reconciliation filling and binding;

13. Ensure SOX compliance in GL function;

14. Others assigned by FSS Accounting Manager.



REQUIRED:

1. Degree holder, preferably qualified Accounting with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience and possess demonstrable business acumen.

2. At least 5 years experience with MNC and US listed company will be a plus;

3. Be familiar with US GAAP;

4. Ability of Financial sense of overall consideration;

5. ERP set up experience will be a plus and strong computer skills of Microsoft office products;

6. Certain ability of written and spoken English;

7. Self-starter, willingness to accept challenges

8. More carefulness, more patience and well time management;

9. Ability to accept and deliver projects under extremely tight timelines.

10. Ability to multi task, juggle priorities and obtain results.

11. Quick learner, hard working and self-check

12. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

13. Solid communicator.
