1. Brief Description

This position is to help APLL GSSC to provide the best possible experience to our customers. Main business areas is on initiating and implementing GSSC wise process improvement, leading trainers to develop and deliver training, leading, implementing and tracking new accounts on-board, leading GPA team. And also seek for opportunities of long term operation improvements.

2. Key Accountabilities/Duties

a) Lead the projects

b) Collect user requirements in responsible locations and drive test for new designed systems and existing system enhancements.

c) Implement new corporate programs and new customer on board monitoring

d) Value added service projects implementation & evaluation

e) Provide management report

f) Develop and enforce operational processes and procedures

g) On-Job training & company required training co-ordination & delivery

h) SIO in-time response & monitoring

i) Claim in-time response, coordination & monitoring

j) Seek opportunity to improve the service level

k) To handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by division head

3. Incumbent specification

a) Education: University Degree

b) Experiences: At least 5 years operation working experience

c) Skill Sets:

1) Good PC knowledge and good skill of Excel or Access and PowerPoint

2) English proficiency (spoken / written)

3) Good and solid background in APLL operations and internal system

4) Project and process management experience

d) Desired competencies: Good communication and coordination skill, Analytical problem solving, Tenacity, Take challenge, Commitment to task, Results oriented, Customer focus, Management and Leadership
