SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• New machines or equipments procurement, prepare SOP documents on schedule.

• Support manufacturing engineer to complete process development of new product; responsible for the electric modules of engine, troubleshooting, failures analysis, root cause finding and preventive actions.

• Support maintenance team to review and rationalize PM procedures, evaluate and optimize maintenance routines along with other support staff.

• Purchase service of components used in the repair or preventative maintenance or equipment and facilities.

• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics and repair on key machines and equipments.

• Seek new technologies and automation opportunities in lowering the overall cost of manufacturing.

• Order materials and services through SRM-PM system.

• Schedule and manage the work of contractors

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance of facility, as needed.

Experience (Major in electrical engineering)

• Degree in automation technology or 4 years Diploma in electrical engineering with at least 5 years’ experience in a related industry;

• Strong background in managing technical resources with a proven track record in engineering;

• Capable of supervising multiple projects while simultaneously providing a hands-on contribution to the projects in a fast paced environment;

• Knowledge of and experience with PLC and HMI, servo motor system.

• Knowledge of and experience with the use of analytical and problem solving techniques (e.g. FMEA, 8D);

• Knowledge of and experience with interpretation and application of electric diagram standards.

• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, electronics, heating ventilation, air conditioning.

• Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g. ISO, OHSA) and conducting related audits;

• Ability to interact effectively with both internal and external suppliers / customers;

• Ability to read, manipulate and create engineering documents including CAD, manuals, work instructions, processes etc in an ISO 9001:2000 environment;

• Team and customer oriented; and Flexible and willing to accept new challenges.
