RESPONSIBILITIES

• Co-work with brand managers to develop yearly/quarterly TMKT report and budget planning for global approval
•  Manage , tracking and consolidate TMKT expenses centrally for the region in a weekly or bi-weekly base on promotion related activities to ensure continuously brand visibility at instore
• Timely download brand assets and communicate with regional sales team to ensure all instore brand communication materials are in line with global guidelines
• Responsible for implementation of POSM at WS stores nationwide and provide support to the sales team for VM tools update & maintenance
• Work with local VM vendor in designing POSM, executing the production of POSM and coordination during marketing & sales key events and ensure the quality
• Responsible for collecting market intelligence information (competitors’ activities, pricing, tactics…) for internal share / improvement
• Provide full support and insight on TMKT related information for system upgrade to improve the efficiency of tracking and maintenance on VM tools
• Lead other adhoc brand activities assigned by manager

        

• Education：University or above
• Experience:  5+ years working experience, past experience in Retail or FMCG brand TMKT is highly preferred
• Knowledge: Excellent MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) skills.
• Language Skill: Good written and spoken English
• Others:  Ability to communicate clearly, strong ownership , pay attention to details
