Supervisor -Manufacturing Engineering

1. Responsible for organizing and planning the routine maintenance regime of all equipment, systems within safety and budgetary constraints.

2. Supervise the daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance inspections; Performs and instructs personnel in equipment start-up procedures and machine operation.

3. Monthly review machine unplanned down time report, analyzes equipment failures, determines cause(s) and makes necessary adjustments or repairs.

4. Conducts safety compliance inspections and maintains records of the production equipment.

5. Purchase service of components used in the repair or preventative maintenance or equipment and facilities.

6. Prepare input to the annual maintenance budget for submission to finance. Ensure the maintenance cost is under control by implementing monthly budget review.

7. Seek new technologies and automation opportunities in lowering the overall cost of manufacturing. Support plant NPD project launch and prepare the maintenance plan on schedule.

8. Regularly review and monitor compliance with Kohler Asset Reliability System. Measure current scores, make action plans and initiate continuous improvement to promote maintenance performance.

9. Responsible for facilities maintenance.

10. Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance of facility, as needed.

11. Complete the other task given by leaders.

技能/要求

· Degree in automation technology or 3 years diploma in Motors and electrical with 5-10 years' experience in a related industry.

· Strong background in managing technical resources with a proven track record in engineering.

· Capable of supervising multiple projects while simultaneously providing a hands-on contribution to the projects in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of and experience with PLC and HMI, servo motor system.

· Knowledge of and experience with the use of analytical and problem-solving techniques (e.g. FMEA, 8D).

· Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards

· Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, electronics, heating ventilation, air conditioning.

• Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g. ISO, OHSA) and conducting related audits;
