职位描述
Main responsibilities:
- To sell Outokumpu products from the Service Center in Kunshan
- To make sales through soliciting enquiries, preparing quotations and recruiting orders.
- To identify and develop new customers and project sales opportunities.
- To identify, develop and providing superior service to key accounts.
- To work closely with Cluster Head to develop overall sales strategy of Kunshan Service Center.
- To share market intelligence, trends and insights with management team, clusters and BU.
- To handle customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
- Performance to be measured against key performance indicators and a set of mutually agreed objectives
Education and experience
- Engineering or commercial University degree
- Minimum 5 years working experience preferably in the same field
- Good knowledge about the local market e.g. applications, end-users and industry segments
- Good knowledge of drawing such as CAD
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Commercial experience preferably in sales of stainless steel products
