职位描述
Main responsibilities:
To work closely with our field sales representatives, sector managers and BU sales personnel.
To provide support to field sales representatives in order entry.
To process all commercial administration associated with sales order administration and follow-up.
To assist field sales representatives in claims handling.
To provide customer service by responding efficiently and accurately to customer request received via telephone, email or facsimile.
To keep smooth communication with local logistics team and BU logistics team in order to provide order delivery information updated to customer.
To liaise with BU's to ensure that customer requirements are met in a timely fashion and professional manner.
Education and experience
University degree in business, engineering or communications
Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in the same field
Working knowledge of MS Office applications - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Commercial experience preferably in sales of stainless steel products
Competences
Working knowledge of the Selling Process
Customer Satisfaction Oriented
Proactive Customer contact
Ability to work as part of a team
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Well organized, with ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
Be energetic and enthusiastic
