Purpose of the job:

·To contribute and achieve results that support company goals.

Main areas of responsibility:

·Handle order intake and order-related documents preparation

·Coordinating with company logistics partner for shipping from Shanghai stock

·Coordinating with mills for purchasing and incoming material receipt, and related documents.

·Liaising with local authority for necessary import/export permissions.

·Provide internal customer service to sales/marketing team.

·Provide logistic related customer service to end customer.

·Maintain data for local ERP system for accurate inventory report

·Coordinating with company logistics partner for Shanghai warehouse management.

·Handle other logistics tasks required by company.

Requirements of the job:

1. College or above in related field (Logistics, business and trading etc)

2. At least 2-3 years experience in related field

3. Good knowledge in import/export

4. Good interpersonal & communication skills

5. Good PC skill

6. Good command of oral and written English

7. Good team player

8. Be energetic and enthusiastic
