主要职责：

     -负责T-FIT管道保温产品在华北区域的推广及销售工作

     -作为公司大使在制定的区域和行业建立专业的公司形象，提升产品认知度。

     -制定业务开发计划并确保达成目标

     -向客户提供专业的管道保温方案，能够做技术与产品的演说

     -必要时负责在客户端安装公司产品

     -拜访客户，并与相关部门人员建立紧密联系

     -收集并提供市场信息，包括市场规模，竞争产品，新的市场机会，客户新项目等。

     -提供销售报告，内容包括销售额，应收货款，新客户计划，行动计划等。

     -此职位前期需要在江苏昆山工厂培训。

     -此职位要求经常性出差，包括到昆山工厂参加会议，培训等（一年至少4次）

任职资格：

      -曾在食品饮料行业工作，或者熟悉这个市场，3年以上工作经验

      -***熟悉乳品行业，有乳品行业客户资源者优先考虑

      -外资企业工作经验（非必要）

      -较强的业务开发能力

      -良好的沟通技巧以及业务意识

      -基本的英语能力

      -团队合作精神

      -积极乐观，能够自我驱动

工作地点： 先在昆山工厂培训，后续在家办公

Responsibilities:

-Promote T-FIT product in North China in assigned industries (food & beverage)

-Build company image and product awareness in the assigned industry as an ambassador.

-Set up working plan in terms of business development, and ensure the goals are met.

-Provide insulation solutions to customer, can do technical & product presentation for customers.

-Install company insulation product when it is required.

-Visit customers in a frequent manner and establish relationship with the concerned departments/people from customer side.

-Collect & provide market information incl market size, new market opportunity, competition, customer new project., etc.

-Provide sales report includes sales revenue, AR, sales funnel, action plan., etc.

-This role requires training at Kunshan facility

-This role requires frequent travel within the assigned area and travel to Kunshan facility for meetings, training., etc up to 4 times a year.

     

Qualifications:

-Ever work in（or familiar with）Food & Beverage industry, +5 years

-Familiar with dairy industry, candidate who has dairy customers resources will be ideal.

-Prefer to ever work in multinational company (culture will be more fit)

-Strong in Business Development

-Good communication and commercial sense

-Basic English language capability

-Team player

-Self-motivated，positive personality
