岗位职责：

1、负责全国项目毛利优化工作；

2、负责全国项目SOP培训管理工作；

3、负责全国31个城市现场团队管理工作；

4、负责推动运营常规会议与常规培训管理工作；

5、协助经理完成其他运营工作事项；

任职要求：

1、有项目管理，项目SOP制定执行与现场团队管理经验；

2、对所有车辆运输成本有系统的计算方式和核算逻辑；

3、可以适应全国各办事处出差；

4、具备良好的数据分析能力，可以通过运营数据看到问题，并有办法落地解决问题；

5、具备很强的沟通能力，能够用自己的专业知识与逻辑思维说服对方；

6、高执行力，对结果有着必须解决的追求；

7、熟练使用各类办公软件。
