职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责平台组件的接口测试、单元测试、功能测试工作，根据需求编写测试计划、测试用例，执行测试，输出测试报告及测试项目总结，保证产品质量和进度；
2、发现产品缺陷，协助产品经理改进产品功能，并协助开发工程师定位并解决问题；
3、负责客户端软件的功能测试，提交并验证bug，维护相关测试用例；
4、编写测试用例，实施自动化测试等；
5、建立、维护测试工作的相关文档；
6、根据部门内容管理要求，制定测试流程和规范要求；
7、输出测试方法及标准，通过培训快速培养***测试人员；
8、带领***测试人员完成测试任务。
任职要求：
1、计算机软件或相关专业本科及以上学历，三年以上测试工作经验；
2、熟悉软件测试理论与方法，熟悉测试流程，熟悉质量与缺陷管理流程，跟踪分析测试情况，准确提交产品缺陷及bug分析报告，解决测试过程遇到的问题；
3、能熟练使用mysql等数据库应用，精通SQL语句；
4、熟悉自动化测试工具：Selenium、QTP、Appium其中一种，能独立编写测试脚本，了解python/java/js编程语言, 对自动化测试具有实际开发推动经验者优先考虑；
5、热爱测试岗位,有强烈查找软件缺陷的意愿，对问题有好的敏锐性;
6、良好的团队合作精神，良好的语言表达能力，热爱软件测试工作，很强的自学能力，能够积极主动的推进问题解决。
