岗位职责：

1、负责部门质量指标/质量规范的建设及优化；

2、负责实施项目/任务质量检查工作；

3、建立部门人员评价体系，推动量化过程管理，通过数据采集和分析识别过程改进机会；

4、负责实施项目/任务的度量数据收集、分析和发布；

5、收集实施项目相关的改进建议、经验教训、***实践等；

6、抽查代码，检查规范质量.

1、熟悉软件工程知识,熟悉质量管理理论及方法;

2、具有良好的沟通表达能力,书写报告能力;

3、有软件质量保证或软件过程改进相关工作经验,有CMMI、ISO经验者优先;；
