职位描述
1、主导密封条产品的开发、设计工作并编制相关文件资料。
Manage the development and design of sealing, and create document information
2、负责与顾客或供应商进行工程技术沟通，协调解决密封条产品在开发、试制中的技术问题；
Be responsible for technical communication with customers and suppliers. Coordinate solving technical problems of development and trial production
3、负责向其它部门提供相关技术文件及资料。负责设计密封条产品的产品图纸，编制技术要求、材料清单（BOM）等资料；
Be responsible for providing proper documentations to other departments. Be responsible for designing product drawings of sealing, and create technical requirement, BOM, etc.
4、协助相关部门，解决批量生产中出现的质量问题，提出产品持续改进措施及合理化建议。
Coordinate related departments to solve any problems in manufacture process, and keep continuous improvement of product and reasonable suggestions
5、服从上级直属领导安排的其他工作
Obey the direct leadership arrangements
