重庆招聘

1．进行市场调查工作，实时掌握市场信息，撰写市场调查报告，及时上报，为公司提供有效的采购策略和价格调整信息，促进采购成本的控制；
2．负责供应商的寻源，进行供应商资料的收集及开发工作，对接采购项目供应商的现场勘察，参与供应商现场考察；
3．编制采购询价、比价单，实施询价、比价、议价工作，开展具体采购实施工作；
4．加强与供应商的沟通与联络，确保货源充足，供货质量稳定，交货时间准确；
5．收集采购项目供应商资质要求、产品参数、技术/服务标准、商务要求、评标意见等信息；
6．负责组织采购文件的编制与讨论，组织供应商定商评审会议，负责评审会议的资料准备和组织实施；
7．负责采购文件审批流程的办理、采购文件的对外发布与供应商投递文件的收集；
8．负责采购项目中选、中标通知书的发布；
9．负责组织采购项目的有关答疑和澄清；
10．负责通知项目类采购专业部门采购合同的签订，跟进实施进度，及时反馈信息，做好相关记录；
11．参与采购合同的签署、采购订单的下达，办理退、换货事宜，参与采购物资的验收及对供应商的评价工作；
12．负责组织采购项目的变更审核和结算审核；
13．负责项目类采购资料的收集和归档，做好记录，建立台账，提供有关采购数据分析材料；
14．根据公司安排，负责对接联系采购项目审计资料的报送与协调工作；
15．完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，专业不限；
2.具有3年及以上的采购或采购管理经验，具有招投标活动及会议组织经经验，制度编制、对外联系、档案管理等方面的经验；
3.熟悉《招投标法》、《政府采购法》及本地政府有关法律法规，熟悉采购工作的操作流程，对心理学知识、商务谈判、造价管理、财务管理、经济法有一定了解，熟悉国有企业采购活动管理流程优先；
4.具备熟练的公文写作能力、具有较强的学习能力，较强的工作计划能力；
5.具有亲和力和良好的语言和文字表达能力，具有良好的谈判技巧；
6.具有组织、沟通、协调能力；具有综合分析能力，能全面、系统地分析问题和解决问题；
7.有良好的职业道德、责任心和敬业精神，有良好的职业道德、责任心和敬工作严谨，头脑灵活，办事干练；
8.熟练使用Office办公软件；
9.45岁以下。

Chongqing International Expo Center

Situated in Yuelai Exhibition & Convention City, being the core of Liangjiang New Area of Chongqing, Chongqing International Expo Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Chongqing Expo") is a modern and intelligent venue combining with exhibitions, conventions, catering facilities, accommodation and events service together. The 16 exhibition halls of Chongqing International Expo Center provide 200,000 sqm of column-free, ground-level indoor exhibition space.
