岗位职责：

1、生产准备工作，原料及零部件的准备及外观检验
2、 吹塑，焊接等设备的操作；并在工艺允许范围内进行适当的调整，以保证优秀的产品质量
3、 组装线的部件装配，性能检测，成品检验及包装
4、 做好相应的工艺，质量纪录，真实反映实际情况
5、 生产现场的清洁整理
6、 遵守各项安全要求，杜绝不安全行为的发生
7、 严格按作业指导书及工艺要求进行操作，维护生产线的正常运作
8、 掌握产品质量要求，并对本岗位的产品质量负责
9、 不断提高生产效率，为持续改进做出贡献


岗位要求：

学 历： 职校，技校及同等以上学历
年 龄： 20岁以上
性 别： 男/女
身体状况： 健康
知识要求： 了解机械装配的一般知识，具有塑料制品的生产经验或汽车业
工作经验尤佳
经 历： 两年以上工业企业工作经历，认真负责，动手能力强；

有较强的质量、安全意识。

Now we have built a new manufacturing based in Chongqing to serve domestic auto industry customers. Our investment is 15 million US dollars. The 16,000 square meter plant features the most advanced co-extrusion blow-molding technology.
