职位描述

Position: Officer, HR
Work Location: Shanghai
Reporting to: Manager, Human Resources


JOB OBJECTIVES:
Work under the supervision from HR manager and follow the relevant policies and procedures, to implement the relevant policies/procedures in the assigned areas to achieve the HR department objectives by meeting service standards and schedules.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Staffing and termination
Prepare the necessary documents and co-ordinate the activities to effect efficient staffing services such as job posting, arranging interviews, monitoring tests, checking application forms etc.
Administer pre-employment medical check and on-boarding progam.
Monitor the processes and co-ordinate the relevant parties to effect smooth employee separations such as returing of the company properties, signing of necessary documets, termination of benefits provisions.

2. Documentation and record-keeping
Establish and update an easily accessible filing system for all personnel activities such as organization announcements, employee profiles, training attendance to ensure mandatory / company filing requirements are met.
Provide accurate information to BASF AsiaPacifc Share Service Center by filling out the various forms
Maintain HR information database to update the headcount reports, maintain company organization charts

3. Administration of compensation and benefit program
Assist in administration of compensation programs
Participate in benefits administration including claims checking, commercial insurance forms and claims, replies to basic questions about employee benefits programs.

4. Training
Provide administration and logistics assistance with new employee orientation, in-house and exteranl training
Provide monthly training record report

5. Delegation Administration
Administer independently the routine claims of benefit entitlements, such as home leave budget, school fee payment etc.
Provide local support to GC Transfer Canter, including obtaining Work Permit, Residence Permit

6. Others
Assit HR manager with employee/personnel projects

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education: University Degree
2. Working Experience: 1-2 years working experiences in foreign invested companies
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: good English skill and computer use skill
