Requirements:
College graduate or above, Good command of English and PC skill. Good customer service skill. 1-2 years experience of freight forwarding industry is preferred.

Responsibility:
Daily air/ocean customer service, system data entry, quick response to customer's various enquiry, verify and coordinate document with customer to meet their need.
岗位职责：日常空运/海运业务的客户服务工作；系统数据录入与维护；根据客户需求，给与快速反馈；与客户核对并整理相关文件以满足对方需求。
