岗位职责：

1. 熟悉采购流程，有过工程类采购经验，有一定的工程类（非物料类）供应商资源；

2、采购合同的起草、谈判、会签并归档管理;

3、跟踪和督促合约规划内各类合同实施、统计采购完成指标及差异分析；

4、供应商联络、来访接待安排以及其他商务的后勤工作;

5、供应商和客户信息库更新及维护；

6、协助部门负责人做好采购和商务支持工作。

7、能够及时完成领导临时交办的其他工作

任职资格：

1、大专或以上学历，英语四级，***优先；

2、二年及以上采购经验，熟悉采购的全套流程，有一定的装修类供应商资源；

3、有一定的沟通、协调、分析问题和解决问题的能力；

4、有一定的成本意识和价值分析能力，并有一定的成本控制能力；

5、有一定的谈判、议价能力。有过招投标经验的优先；

6、跟进工程进度，把控时间节点，并参与验收；

7、有一定文字功底，熟悉合同要素，能够起草部门制度、合同等与业务相关文件；

8、参与进度款及结算款核对、统计；

9、 熟练使用word、excel、powerpoint等办公软件；

10、有良好的采购职业道德和职业素养，服从上级领导安排，执行能力强；

11、人品善良正直，性格开朗，能承受较大工作压力 ；
