·        Manages Metrology and/or Laboratory teams,

·        Supervises the implementation of tests and measurement procedures defined in validation plans,

·        Responsible for planning and performing the tests and measurement procedures defined in monitoring plans,

·        Responsible for planning and delegating tasks to her/his subordinates or to relevant subcontractors,

·        Ensures the product validation is conducted in compliance with Quality, Costs, Delivery and Reliability objectives,

·        Accountable for the reliability of measurements, and therefore for the consistency of inspection results.

·        Entrusted with the provision, implementation and update of the Site operating procedures as well as required technical instructions enabling the optimum operation of the Unit,

·        Accountable for the management of inspection equipment and test resources,

·        Develops and conducts communication and information initiatives according to individual needs,

·        Administers and enforces substantive action plans of continuous improvement (developing expertise, progress plans, technological development of procedures/equipment, )

·        Contributes with sound proposals for product improvements, necessary to meet evolving requirements,

·        Accountable for maintaining the confidentiality of information pertaining to previous as well as ongoing programs within the assigned area of responsibility,

·        Depending on the organizational structure, she/he may have to provide recommendations for inspection resources in use,

·        Entrusted with administering measurement processes and defines the resources required for their proper implementation,

·        Entrusted with administering test procedures and defines the resources required for product new specifications,

·        Is responsible for implementing the overall procedures and operating instructions relevant to Quality, Safety and Environment, within the scope of her/his duties and in compliance with the rules defined by the Group.

·        Familiar with MSA, and can conduct MSA correctly.

·        Can communicate with English in oral, read, and wirte.
