职责 RESPONSIBILITY

对保持稳定的生产流程、设备和人员较高的生产效率及产品的加工质量负责。

To be responsible for the stable goods flow, high efficiency of man/machine hours, wafer processing Quality.

具体工作内容 CONTENT & SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES OF THE JOB

(1) 合理分配及控制生产能力及瓶颈口的出现。

Focus on capacity improvement and bottle-neck tool management.

(2) 控制在制品流程情况以确保设备的优化利用及缩短生产周期。

Control the WIP status for an optimum utilization of equipment and a short cycle times, optimize the equipment utilization to improve on cycle time.

(3) 关心工艺、设备及在制品情况，做出相应调整或决定及指令的行为发生。

To take care of process and equipment perf

As the driver of the shift for fab improvement, keep constant inspection tour to check if there are any people or activity violating documented clean room regulation and instruction.

(4) 人力预算的编制。

The establishment of the manpower budget

(5) 根据人事部门政策，对本通道人员绩效考核。

Adjust the underling people PA according to HR policy.

(6) 根据人事部门政策，对本通道人员职位等级的调整。

Regulate the Underling people job grade according to HR policy.

(7) 完成领导交办的其他临时任务。

To accomplish temporary task be given by superior.

所需教育水平及技能 EDUCATION & EXPERTISE REQUIRED

(1) 具有大学本科以上学历或大专（中专）以上学历加三年专业技术工龄。

B.S degree, or high school (or professional high school) plus at least three years semiconductor industry experience

(2) 相关工作经验5年以上。

Relevant working experiences more than 5 years.

(3) 英语流利。

Fluent in English
