Education / Experience/Special Knowledge
Computer Science degree required, 12 years working experience with at least 6 years of management experience in MNC IT.
Expertise in program and project management in FMCG industry.
Experience in implementation and management of SAP R3 (a distinct advantage)
Strong software life cycle development and management skills
Ability to direct IT day-to-day operations
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
CRM system and general IT technical disciplines.
Business analysis experience
Process improvement methodology knowledge
Application and process knowledge for Finance, Distribution, Forecasting, Sales Force Automation, Commercial Data Management
Comprehensions and knowledge in following IT technical aspects: infrastructure, architecture, network, enterprise applications, commercial applications, web-based technology, internet / intranet, collaborative tools, development tools, user interface, reporting tools and BI.
Budget and planning experience
MBA is a plus

IT Management
Develops and executes plans to implement all IT related aspects in the Wyeth Nutrition site in China and Hong Kong. This includes infrastructure and all applications supporting Commercial process
Oversees the implementation, validation, and ongoing support for systems and applications supporting operations, including ERP, Contact Center, planning, distribution, SFA, SFE, trade promotion program management system, product website and social media, etc.
Oversees and ensures that applications and supporting infrastructure are qualified or validated, as required by company policies and procedures, and that they are maintained in a qualified state
Works with other members of the business management, the China IT leadership as well as the wider Regional and Global IS organization to ensure consistent standards in implementation, usage and support of the applications architecture
Strategy
Develop IT vision, plans and system / organization structure to reflect and support China/Hong Kong's business strategies and growth targets
Create, rationalize, justify and deploy China/Hong Kong IT strategies and tactical solutions (with future migration roadmap)
Identify synergies across various business units and deploy common or re-usable platform and solutions
Participate and contribute the rationalization and formation of Global/Regional IT strategies and action plans
Projects budget control:
Has direct accountability for management of unit budget, working with general management of strategic planning, project prioritization, and annual budgets.
Coaching and staff development:
Provide coaching to the IT team to enable achievement of enhancement individual and team skills while ensuring staff competencies support the IT architecture and business needs.
Computer Science degree required, 12 years working experience with at least 6 years of management experience in MNC IT.
Expertise in program and project management in FMCG industry.
