Detail Responsibilities:

Real Estate and Facilities Management for total 41 points of presences in China, including 15 sites in Pfizer TSA and 26 sites conveyed to Nestle

Establish the communication mechanism with Pfizer TSA team to ensure requests from Wyeth and Nestle can be fulfilled

Develop a TSA performance matrix to measure the quality of services

Facilitate the collaboration with Nestle in integration planning and execution

Identify customer needs and opportunities to provide valued services through sharing best practices and operational efficiencies

Align policies, processes, and best practices with business line strategies, thereby maximizing the value that GO delivers to the customers

Manager Real Estate transactions, analysis and proactive portfolio management (working with Global Operations Real Estate and Facility Management, Center of Excellence)

Manage acquisitions and divestitures (working with Global Operations Real Estate and Facility Management, Center of Excellence)

Govern and manage strategic partnerships and vendors to deliver facilities services

Manage China GO capital and expense budgets

Ensure Environmental Health & Safety

Lead Physical Security operations

Develop GO related Business Continuity Plans

Manage sustainability Initiatives

Business Planning, Operational Performance Management

Manage Continuous Improvement

Develop and grow Global Operation's organization in China, establish a 'best in class' Facilities & Operations model and team to serve Pfizer China.

Partner with Risk Management to protect and ensure business continuity within the region and compliant with the requirements as pertains to that region

Educational Background Required

Minimum: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (preferably Finance, Facility/Real Estate Management, Business Management, or Engineering)

Desirable: Master's Degree in Business Administration

Working Experience/Skills Required

Minimum: 5-10 Years of Facilities & Operations work in Asia Pacific or International Markets, within which at least 3-5 years senior management experiences.

Desirable:

Vendor management skills with specific experience partnering with vendors in the region

Ability to understand varying customer needs, and provide tailored services where necessary

Deep knowledge of regional specific operational requirements and Nestle's business and work practices

Demonstrated customer service orientation and business development experience/expertise

Experience developing and applying innovative solutions to operations challenges

Financial analysis and business acumen skills

Strong knowledge and experience managing capital and expense budgets

Ability to recruit and staff key positions in the region

Experience managing individuals remotely

Ability to multi-task and address strategic and tactical issues simultaneously

Effective and proactive communicator, particularly across global sites and customers

Experience working in a large matrix organization with a diverse workforce

Fluency in relevant foreign languages, culture and customs

Experience in post-deals RE & FM will be an extra credit
