1、负责大数据建模、算法设计及实现工作，并将研究成果形成应用，推进实际业务发展；

2、面向公安，交通，金融大数据，提供行业算法解决方案，帮助客户挖掘数据价值。

3、独立完成模型构建、数据采集和整理、特征抽取以及各种代码编写，不仅能够完成离线的模型训练，而且能够完成线上数据收集、模型部署和系统维护；

4、负责大数据算法框架体系架构设计和相关技术路线规划；

5、并行算法的设计和实现、调试和优化；

6、能够把握行业发展趋势，根据未来客户的潜在需求，提出并论证新的技术方向和课题。

7、跨团队/部门协作，系统分析并解决各类大数据平台相关的运行或数据问题。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，具有大数据软件工程能力，至少在大数据开源平台上有2年以上开发经验者优先；
2. 具有主流大数据工具/平台实际项目经验,熟练掌握Hadoop、Spark、Hive、Flink等工具或平台，并熟悉所使用工具的技术原理、主要特点；
3. 编程基础扎实，熟悉算法数据结构，有较好的Python/Java/Scala开发经验，熟悉Linux操作系统及shell语言；
4. 对阿里云平台人工智能开发环境熟悉者优先；
5. 优秀的分析和解决问题的能力，对挑战性问题充满激情，有较强的沟通能力，责任心和团队合作意识。

1. Responsible for big data modeling, algorithm design and implementation, and the application of research results to promote practical business development;
2. Provide industry algorithm solutions for public security, transportation and financial big data, and help customers to explore data value.

3. Independently completed model construction, data collection and arrangement, feature extraction and various code writing, not only able to complete offline model training, but also able to complete online data collection, model deployment and system maintenance;

   4. Responsible for big data algorithm framework architecture design and related technical route planning;

   5. Design, implementation, debugging and optimization of parallel algorithms;

   6. Able to grasp the development trend of the industry, propose and demonstrate new technical directions and topics according to the potential needs of future customers.

   7. Coordinated across teams/departments to systematically analyze and solve operational or data problems related to various big data platforms.

   Job requirements:

   1. Bachelor degree or above, with big data software engineering ability, at least 2 years of development experience in big data open source platform is preferred;

   2. Have practical project experience in mainstream big data tools/platforms, proficient in Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Flink and other tools or platforms, and familiar with the technical principles and main characteristics of the tools used;

   3. Solid programming foundation, familiar with algorithm data structure, good Python/Java/Scala development experience, familiar with Linux operating system and shell language;

   4. Familiar with ali cloud platform artificial intelligence development environment is preferred;

   5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, passionate about challenging problems, strong communication skills, sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
