职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责整体的需求管理工作的安排、部署，及时发现执行过程中的问题并协调解决；
2、获取、分析、评估用户的需求；梳理需求的边界和业务目标，所需资源等；
3、参与新业务的流程讨论，提供可行性建议；
4、与业务部门沟通业务运作流程、场景、作业细节，协助业务明确系统需求细节；
5、根据系统运行及应用情况，挖掘作业优化点，向业务部门提出优化建议，不断迭代优化；
6、根据业务规划，制定系统方案及功能规划；
7、协调各组间的资源安排，制定适配需求的系统方案；
8、与开发组沟通、确认系统方案的可行性、工作量，并依此同需求方沟通确认方案与实施进度；
9、根据承诺的交付进度，安排开发人员（或供应商）开发实现及测试人员测试；
10、根据进度计划，进行日常跟踪管理，及时发现问题并协调解决；
11、与业务部门、领导沟通日常需求实施结果、进度等，进行日常需求实施情况宣导工作；
12、对交付的系统功能组织安排UAT测试，并依测试结果安排发布工作；
13、对上线的功能与运维组进行交接运维，并依据运维组的运维情况安排验收工作；
14、对上线功能的应用情况进行持续跟进分析，输出应用情况分析报告；
15、根据上线要求编写系统操作手册，对上线用户进行系统操作指导培训；
16、根据需求的交付进度与质量，对开发人员及测试人员进行绩效评分；
17、根据需求的交付进度与质量，对需求分析人员进行绩效评分；
18、了解行业上的前沿技术应用情况，并评估分析，制定方案推荐业务应用。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，计算机应用或物流专业；
2、有5年以上采购、供应链、物流、运输、仓储、财经、售前、服务、交付等领域IT产品分析或实施经验；
3、较强的文档撰写能力；的跨团队协作能力，具有良好的执行力和责任心，能推动项目团队朝目标前进；
4、具有丰富的与人沟通、交流和组织能力，出色的团队合作精神；
5、优秀的计划能力；工作细致，具有良好的团队合作精神，高度的责任感，较强的适应、沟通、表达能力
