职位描述
职位概要：
作为学校护士，负责所有日常工作，包括全校的日常健康、安全以及提供医疗需求。
该职位还需要为学校办公室提供临时行政支持
主要职责：
作为学校护士：
1.负责学生在上课期间的所有医疗需求，包括每日ECE检查以及在特定时期内需要的其他日常检查。
2.为需要医疗需求的学生提供即时治疗和初步检查，与父母就学生受伤情况或病情进行联络。
3.如果需要，参加学校活动或旅行，并提供所需的医疗救助。
4.协调并为所有员工和相关人员提供必要的急救培训以及其他必要的医疗培训。
5.与相关行业联络，获取相关知识和资源，以支持该地区的学校以及当地医院的需求。
6.负责学校护士所需的所有文件和沟通，包括但不限于事故报告，学校家庭医疗通知，个人通信，月度诊所报告等。
7.负责联络相关的政府部门，确保学校遵守所有要求和标准。
8.维护/购买医疗用品和设备。
从医疗/健康的角度来看所需的其他支持和工作。
岗位要求：
1. 品行端正，细心耐心，责任心强，勤于工作，富有团队意识；
2. 本科学历，医学专业优先；
3. 良好的英语口语和写作能力；
4. 较强的的沟通能力
Overall Description:
This role will beresponsible for all the daily works required for a school nurse, including butnot limited to the overall daily works of whole school health and safety, aswell as medical needs.
The role will also need to provide ad-hoc administrative support toschool office.
Major Responsibilities:
As the school nurse:
1. Responsible for allmedical needs of students during school hours, including daily ECE checks aswell as other daily check required during certain period.
2. Provide immediatetreatment and initial check for students who require medical needs, liaise withparents regarding student injuries or illness.
3. Attend school eventsor trips if required, to provide medical support with all needed equipment.
4. Coordinate andprovide necessary first aid training as well as other needed medical trainingto all staff and needed person.
5. Liaise with relatedindustry to obtain related knowledge and resource to support school needs inthis area, including local hospital.
6. Responsible for allthe documentation and communication required for school nurse role, includingbut not limited to incident report, school home medical notice, individualcommunication, monthly clinic report etc.
7. Responsible forrelated government section liaison, to make sure school is following all therequired standard.
8. Maintain/purchasemedical stuff and equipment.
9. Other support andworks required from a medical/health perspective.
Requirements andQualifications:
1. Personality andIntegrity is the key we are looking for. A suitable person in this role requirea high degree of patient, hardworking, responsible, detail driving, teamspirit.
2. Bachelor’s degree,Medical major is preferred.
3. Very good command ofboth spoken and written English.
