Description of responsibilities

1. Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

2. Lead and develop the team members align to company strategies and direction.

3. Develop the strategy and drive the supporting plan to meet customer requirement.

4. Involved in making complex decisions which may have company-wide impact.

5. Lead and enable QPM on daily interlock, review and meeting to include analysis and reporting that require by customer or internal management.

6. Lead and drive effective interlock with cross function resolving issues or feedback arisen from internal and external (Quality Alert, Customer Complaint, Field Feedback)..

7. Lead and drive Best Practice Sharing amongst CQ and NJ sites.

8. Managing and responsible for company and customer KPIs.

9. Responsible for individual QPM development plan and provide guidance to the team members to achieve the planned goals.

10. Able to work independently and with minimum supervision.

11. Able to represent departmental head during absence.

Profile of the candidate

3. Strong command skill and negotiation skills.

4. Strong understanding of factory operations (end to end)

5. Involved in making complex decisions which may have company-wide impact.

6. Experience in working under pressure, disciplined and persistent.

7. Advanced organizational & planning skills, and priority setting skill.

8. Demonstrate multi-tasking ability in a dynamic environment.

9. Advanced ability to lead across functions applying organizational agility.

10. .Proficient in English and effective presentation and communication skills in English.

Essential Experience & Qualifications

1. Master or Degree in Engineering or Technical discipline

2. Minimum 10 ~ 12 years of working and people management & development experience

3. Good in matrix management and able to drive result with various teams

4. Experienced in ODM/OEM/EMS or mass production environment.

5. Preferable PMP certified or BPI or 6 Sigma or ISO auditor certified.
