主要职责

1.  新契约/保全/客服及合作方行政的交接

  

1)按照公司既定流程，与新契/保全及客服保持紧密联系，确保在规定时效内完成保单数据传输，状态变更传输或申请，保单查询及修改，及时帮助销售团队追踪保单；

  

2)按公司400及项目转办单工作流程和时效及时处理并督促销售团队处理工单及回访问题件，以确保客户利益，防止客户投诉

  

2.  职场管理

  

1）根据电销职场的需求，职场布置/业绩板更新，以满足销售团队营造销售氛围的需求；

  

2）库房管理，详细记录电销中心中物品出库入库，以使电销中心的相关资产如微波炉、耳麦、投影仪、笔记本电脑等得到妥善管理，避免遗失；

  

3）协助现场主管管理好职场安控，如现场信息、坐席规范等，以达成合作方的要求，确保电销中心信息安全、环境安全；

  

3.  行政事务

  

1）完成电销中心竞赛费用、人员出差等报销工作，以便现场竞赛奖励及时兑现；

  

2）完成定期的办公用品、饮用水、XW奖品等相关物品的申请

  

3）完成电销中心销售人员的考勤登记、统计，以确保销售人员全勤奖计算正确；

  

4）完成新人入职电销现场的一些引领工作；

  

4. 根据电销中心的实际人力和行政工作量，进行合理的分工，预先的工作备份，确保现场行政工作每天都能顺利运转，从而保证销售流程正常，保证业绩的产出；

  

5.  可以在现场突发的保单行政问题之时，有技巧有方法和公司保单后台和部门沟通，从而解决问题，保证保单运作顺利。

任职要求

1. 大学本科学历； 
2. 2年以上保险行业或呼叫中心行业经验。
3. 具有优秀的协调能力。
4.  良好的分析能力及解决问题的技巧
