We are in search of an enthusiastic, organized, and experienced children’s education expert with project management experience and ability to lead a team of writers, editors and product designers adapting and creating online and offline learning products in English and Chinese.

Most importantly you will be…

? Representing the children’s education perspective in product development discussions.

? Scoping and managing the delivery of physical and digital learning products, localized for the China market.

? Identifying and maintaining quality standards for both English and Chinese learning products.

? Communicating with other offices to align on curriculum standards and coordinate product development schedules.

? Scoping and overseeing ongoing product training for both internal and external audiences.

You may also be…

? Participating in conversations with clients about the educational approaches of our products.

? Participating in or presenting at events, representing the educational perspective

? Participating in user and market research to better inform ongoing product development

Requirements:

? Advanced degree in early childhood education or education

? Fluent in English and Chinese

? 5-7 years’ experience in an education context

? Leadership and project management experience

? Experience in children’s English education a plus
